Warranty If you receive defective merchandise, all manufacturers’ warranties are directly through the manufacturer. If the manufacturer is RackmountCity, defective merchandise will be replaced for a period of 90 days after delivery IN THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RackmountCity reserves the right to replace any defective merchandise with an identical piece of merchandise or the equivalent merchandise of the same value or more. Call customer service for an RMA. Returns sent without an RMA or it will be refused. Write the RMA NUMBER clearly on the top of the invoice and make a copy of your paperwork. RackmountCity is not responsible for missing documents and may refuse undocumented packages. Re-pack everything including all the paperwork into the original box. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX. Remove the original shipping label and place your shipping label where the old one used to be. Make sure your RMA is visible on the label. Ship the box back to RackmountCity at your cost. If you do not return all the parts, manuals, packing materials and paperwork you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
