Returns

Our return policy is as follows: Made to order items are not returnable unless they are defective. Notice of any failure must be received within five days of delivery of the item(s). The item(s) may be replaced or the purchase price refunded at the seller’s option.

Stock items are returnable subject to a 20% stocking fee provided: (1) the product is returned unused with all original parts, manuals, packing materials and associated paperwork; (2) the product, all packing materials, parts and manuals are in original condition, undamaged; (3) you return the item with proof of delivery date within five business days of receipt; and (4) you prepay all return shipping fees and insure the product for its full value.

REFUNDS

Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be made within 30 to 45 days of receipt of the returned item and will be by check payable to the original purchaser only. Receipts are required.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

You are responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon delivery. In the event you fail to inspect merchandise on delivery and notify the shipper and RackmountCity of any freight damage at the time of receipt, your claim for replacement or damages, whether to RackmountCity or the carrier or its insurer, is waived.
